Metabolism is the key to weight loss. When energy output > than energy input, we lose weight. So how can you do this? Here's the 4Es' to increasing your metabolism.

2. Exercise - Probably the most use word in weight loss. Yes, this is the most effective one in raising your metabolism
3. Eat your healthy fats - Stay away from saturated fats. Take your fish oils and omega 3 fatty acids. Depriving yourself of all fats will cause your metabolism to slow down as your body begins to believe it is starving and goes into fat conservation mode.
4. Eat low GI food - Whole grains, potatoes, wheat, oats digest much slower as compared to white bread, white rice and e.t.c. This keeps your body active for a longer period of time.
