Eat to lose weight? You might be skeptical about this but I'll take some time to explain to you why this works.
We all understand that if we want to lose weight, energy output > energy input. One way to increase output is exercise and everyone knows that.
So where does Calorie shifting come in? Whenever we do not eat or skip a meal, our body thinks that we are starving and it will lower its metabolism to keep itself 'alive'. Calorie shifting is about constantly eating your meals at strategic timings to 'trick' your metabolism to remain high and burn more fat throughout the day.
So, what's the big secret to Calorie shifting? It is all about eating right and not skipping your meals
Here's one tip I'd like to share with you; Take more than 3 meals a day. This isn't the atkins diet, you do not need to follow a low carbohydrate and high protein diet. You eat as normal, but my dear readers, please abstain from fast food.
