No no no. Do not "superbrew." Leaving green tea steeping too long brings out the bitter tannins in the leaves. Tannins are not good for you. Green tea should be steeped just long enough to let the leaves expand. That may be only 30 to 60 seconds.

Actually, Green tea interferes with the uptake of folate and is specifically something that pregnant and nursing women should not drink.
